This is the first time for me to drink Hoshimatsuri.
It has a sweet aroma on the nose. When you drink it, it is gorgeous and sweet, but not too sweet and relatively dry.
It has a strong apple flavor.
The fact that it is not sweet may be due to its summery nature.
When drunk in tandem with Takeyuki, this one seems a bit lacking....
