Kondo Sake Brewery and Koshinokaroku's booth.
Not Ehime's "Hanaheizakura" or Gunma's "Akagisan," but Kondo Sake Brewery, which brews "Koshinokaroku" in Gosen City, Niigata.
This time, it was this brewery that we were looking for.
Gosen City is rich in water resources, and the source of tap water in the city is usually soft groundwater. The sake rice, Koshitanrei, is also locally grown.
The brewery owner is 36 years old and came back to the brewery last year and will be involved in the production from now on.
◉Koshinoshiroku Junmai Ginjo
Sake rice is Koshitanrei. The sake rice is Koshitanrei, which has a clean, clean, slightly dry taste with a hint of sweetness. It also has a hint of sweetness. This sake was featured in the "Mimashinbo" magazine, but why hasn't it made its way to the Kansai region?
◉Drunken Star Honjozo
The illustration on the label was drawn by Ogawa Imocen, the father of Chikara Ogawa, who discovered Ogawa yeast.
It has a sharp aftertaste, with a great umami flavor. It is an everyday evening sake.
◉Koshinomishika Daiginjo
The rice used for this sake is Koshitanrei. The sake is brewed in small quantities and is delicious with a hint of sweetness without any cloying taste.
The sake has a clean and crisp taste, but in general it has a clean and beautiful impression without any cloying taste.
On the last day, almost all the bottles were sold out.
