SAMURAIZ
It has been a long time since I have tasted Miyazumi.
The sweetness of the fruity and refreshing in the mouth spreads quickly. It has a strong rice flavor than Kouraku. The acidity comes in the back of the mouth, and it will be sharp. It has a thicker rice juice as a sake.
The sweetness of the sake is best when it is poured into a glass and allowed to sweat a little afterwards.
I wonder if this is where it will get to during the shortage of products before the new sake season. I had it last November.
