It has a perfect lactic acidity with a touch of gas and orikara.
The lemon sour and fruit peel sensations make you gobble it up at a fast pace.
The third day, when the gas is gone, the taste is still outstanding.
Shizen-shu" is made with rice grown without pesticides. And all brands at this brewery are unfiltered.
It is also the brewery that produces my favorite Katori sake.
This brewery is of a high level. When you think of natural sake, you may think of sake from other prefectures, but I definitely prefer this one. No, I think this brewery and I go well together.
