Purchased at Amatera Sake Shop, a liquor store that was established inside Inamizuiki Amatera, I finally got a bottle of Cel-24 light nigori that I had been looking for almost 3 years....
What a tropical aroma! I haven't had such a great aroma in a nigori since AGEO SNOW. It has a very gassy and gassy feeling.
The sweetness is firm but not at all unpleasant, and the acidity is rather refreshing.
In the latter half, a strong flavor arrives. When I looked closely at the cup, I found that it was not only lightly cloudy, but also strongly cloudy, so I was satisfied with the flavor. It finishes with sourness.
Cel-24 has become a rich, nigori, shwashuwa sake! But it is not too sweet, not too rich, and has a super exquisite sense of balance. This is the best nigori sake of the season!
