ちの
The first sake from Hokkaido!
It is a dry sake with a refreshing, acidic flavor.
It does not go well with meat and potatoes or the sweetness of hijiki, but it was perfect with sashimi and grilled mackerel.
It does not interfere with the taste of rice, which is not a good match, so it is very good as an in-between-dinner drink.
