This phrase caught my attention, and I opened a bottle of sparklers to end the summer.
This bottle is an assemblage of Domaine Sakura, Omachi, Yamadanishiki, and Kame-no-o!
So this was a bottle with a lot of flavor expansion and change!
It was a bottle that was light and very clear throughout, with moderate sweetness, acidity and umami, and could be drunk like water with a sense of minerality!
