I already have my impressions 😊.
It's fresh like raw even though it's fire-brewed every time.
Actually this is the first time I've opened it during a meal, but whether you drink it with sardines in plum, pork belly radish, or sashimi, it balances it out nicely and is delicious 😋.
Mom says, "It's still different, it feels naturally delicious without trying to make it taste good ❗️"
I like Mom's comment, it's much more to the point than Dad's: ❤️
November 24th It suddenly got cold and I had a sudden urge to drink heated sake, so I heated it up 🍶.
It has a beautiful balance, with the umami of rice and a rounded acidity in the latter half of the bottle. ‼️
It's also really good when heated 😮.
