The work for this year is over and this is the first bottle after returning home.
I found this Midorikawa Ginjo in the fridge. LOL!
It has a beautiful aroma of rice, just like Niigata.
The taste has a full umami and a hint of acidity, and the rest of the taste is very light.
The mildly persistent umami and acidity are pleasant until it finishes.
When I return to Tokyo, I am waiting to open a bottle of Midorikawa's seasonal sake, so I am looking forward to that as well 🤭.
