The aroma is melon-like, with a medium level of sweetness that is not fruity, but rather a soft sweetness inherent to rice.
Finally, it disappears without a sound with a slight astringency. It is delicious. It has a polished feel.
The taste is similar to that of Kafuda Sake Beni Kikyo, which I like. The fruity taste is a little less than that of Kafuda Sake Benihana Kikyo.
