Tasake Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi.
This Junmai Ginjo is brewed using 50% polished Akita Sake Komachi, a sake rice from outside the prefecture, to improve the brewery's techniques.
It has a muscat-like nuance on the nose and a fresh chili sensation on the palate. The soft mouthfeel is followed by a fruity sweetness that fills the palate. The palate is rounded out with a refreshing bitterness.
The perfect balance of flavors makes this year's sake a delicious one as well!
