jozan超 純米辛口
kiko
Dry sake from Tsuneyama, last time I drank the raw sake and enjoyed it, so this time I tried the fire-brewed type.
It has a refreshing cucumber-like sweetness that is just right, and the second half is dry and dry. Although it is fire-aged, it has a fresh feeling and is a light sake that is perfect for this time of year.
