Not much aroma, but the taste is sweet and delicious!
But the mouthfeel is sweet and delicious.
A little tangy.
It also has some umami.

The last dish is Oita's specialty, Kabosu Somen!
The sourness of the kabosu added to the firm chicken broth is delicious. ❗️
