Sogen's nigori sake at ❗️
Being a fairly strong sparkling sake, the liquor store told me repeatedly that I absolutely had to open it in the bathroom! I was told repeatedly to open it in the bathroom, and I did. I opened and closed the bottle repeatedly and opened it a little bit at a time. I received it in a bowl 🥣 and opened it safely.
It was about 1/4 less. 😅
It's more of a sludgy white substance than a smear! When I poured it, it was stuck in the mouth of the bottle and wouldn't come out.
When poured into a glass, it has a sweet taste, almost like ice cream.
I put it on the rocks with ice, but the ice didn't melt, so I sipped it slowly. It is just the right thickness with a little water added. It is quite enjoyable. I will drink it again tomorrow.
The entrée was sashimi of sea bream.
