The aroma is modest but ripe pear and peach. There is a slight sweetness of white bean flour.
On the palate, slight berry sweetness and sourness, not as sweet and dry as the aroma. I felt a greenish taste like a melon.
As I swallowed, an even more stoic, dry, pungent bitterness emerged and rose, lingering with a solid sweet bitterness!
While the beginning of the drink is sweet, the second half turns into a dry bitterness.
The taste changes greatly, and you can enjoy it with many different expressions.
It's a beautiful sake that you can savor slowly!
