Kamiizumi純米吟醸 ブルーラベル
ちーすけ
This is the second local sake I purchased in Noto Peninsula.
The blue label is so gorgeous and beautiful.
It was awarded a gold medal at the Clamaster Sake Competition in France? It seems to be a sake that has won a gold medal at the Clamaster? It seems to be a sake that has won a gold medal at the Clamaster?
(I don't know anything about it.)
When I smelled the aroma, I could smell a bit of ginjo aroma.
When I drank it, I thought it would be fruity, but instead I got the impression of a dry sake with a very clean aftertaste, while still having the full flavor and sweetness of the rice.
This is very good. There is no tingling sensation at all.
I wonder if many Hokuriku sake are made with the flavor of rice.
I paired it with bonito tataki. It was a very fulfilling dinner.
