Today's tiled roof.
The representative brand "Iraka" brewed by the newest brewery in Japan, Iraka Sake Brewery, is named after a traditional Japanese architectural roof and the Northern Japan Alps as the roof of Japan.
The brewery uses only "Hitogokochi" and "Kinmon-nishiki," specially grown rice without chemical fertilizers, grown in the same mineral water in Matsukawa Village, as brewing water.
First tasting of "Hitogochi" and "Kinmon-nishiki". It's so delicious 😋.
Personally, I like that the lid is easy to open.
