Yuko
Pecora means sheep in Italian. Shinshu-Shinmachi, where the brewery is located, has a Genghis Khan road and is truly a town of Pecora. This junmai daiginjo-shu is made from 35% polished rice from Dewasanzan produced in Nagano Prefecture. It has a juicy, clear flavor, refreshing acidity, and a fresh bitterness.
