This is my second bottle of Akabu, and my impression is that it is an alcohol-added yet easy-to-drink sake.
It took quite a long time from opening the bottle to finishing it, but I did not feel that the taste dropped significantly during that time, so it may be enjoyable even for those who do not drink it very often.
