Nori
On the way home from listening to Rakugo, it was a cold night after a long time. I wanted to eat eel, so I saw an advertisement on the streetcar and jumped in.
This was the only one that could be heated, so I ordered it.
This is the only one that can be served warm, so I order it. Since it's for the masses, they don't control the temperature, so they can't match the quality of the sake. It's not that Kiku-Masamune itself is bad, but it's the attitude of the restaurant that matters, how much love they put into the sake they serve.
The eel is the selling point, and the sake is secondary. Well, that may be the case, but I felt it was a waste. You can get warm, though.
470 yen/gallon @Otsuka.
