When poured into a glass, it has a yellowish color, and the sourness and bitterness stand out at first. However, as the temperature rises, the sweetness also comes out, and when the sour, bitter, sweet and umami come together, it's time to drink!
It is a mellow and mature sake that has been bottled for two summers ☺️♪.
