大木
Apple-like, pineapple-like, fruity.
Fruity and sweet is the first impression.
The fragrance is gorgeous and sweet, but the spiciness and bitterness are stronger than the sweetness.
As written on the back of the bottle, it is a "sweet yet dry" sake.
It can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own.
Delicious.
(I opened it too late for various reasons...)
