It's been a little while,
I went to visit Ise.
I was going to sample some Shirataka at Shirataka Miyake Shoten, where they were giving out free sake to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Shirataka's donation to Ise Jingu Shrine. ✌️
It has a full-bodied, dry, umami and acidic taste, just like a Japanese sake. ☺️ It has a nostalgic taste and is delicious. 👍
