すず秀パパ
Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Ippatsu Hiirei is a sake that is sold all year round at Miyazumi Meijo. Today marks the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and we are proud to open a bottle of Sharaku from Fukushima Prefecture!
The aroma is gorgeous and the flavor spreads in the mouth and leaves a clean aftertaste. It has an alcohol content of 16 degrees, but it is easy to drink and is truly a top-ranked shokunshu.
From 2013 to 2015, when I was dispatched to Fukushima Prefecture for earthquake reconstruction, I was deeply moved by the fact that this sake still impresses and is loved by many people in and outside of the prefecture.
If you drink too much, you can't stain it!
