Suigei純米酒 八反六十
くま吉
Purchased at a liquor store in Daimyo that also has a corner shop.
Drunken Whale itself is often seen, but this one is made from Hachitan-nishiki, which is rarely seen.
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink it cold.
Clear and colorless
Mild sweet ginjo aroma.
Deliciously rich and robust on the palate.
Weak dryness soon appears.
The taste is sharp and the richness quickly fades away.
The aftertaste is very refreshing.
The overall impression is a little light.
When served with sashimi, the richness of the sake itself becomes less noticeable
Serve lukewarm.
A sweet aroma can be detected behind the alcohol smell.
The full-bodied flavor is retained, but the acidity becomes stronger, giving the sake a distinctive and delicious taste.
To be heated hot
Aroma becomes more savory.
The full-bodied flavor is not so strong, and the dryness and acidity are more noticeable.
It is interesting that it is different from cold sake.
It doesn't seem to go well with sashimi even when hot, but it goes well with cheese.
(The day after opening the bottle)
Drink chilled
It goes down smoothly and smoothly.
It seems to be better with light-flavored snacks because it goes well with cheetara.
