It has been a long time since I posted this. I've been drinking a lot of sake.
It is just delicious. The aroma is full and the taste is fresh and sweet. It's just delicious. My personal favorite
Kuroryu Shuzo is a brewery that drives people crazy. I went to many liquor stores in Fukui.
They mentioned Kuroryu Sake Brewery as the reason why they became a sake shop.
I can see why.
I drank a lot of sake from the Kuroryu Sake Brewery, and I recommend it in many ways.
There are many sake brewed only in Fukui.
General Comment ~ S~.
I had it with sashimi, but it would have been better with grilled chicken with salt.
I would like to try many pairings with this sake.
