This and one more are the last of the summer sake.
This one seems to be a summer sake from Koshi (according to the label on the back). I wonder if I've ever had Kouko before. I gulped it down, thinking, "I wonder if I've ever had Koshi before. The umami flavor comes first. The taste comes first, but the taste after that is very smooth. It is still very hot, but I think it would be delicious lukewarm.
