ジョナジョナ
A culinary brand of the Niida head family of Shizenju. It is said to be rich in amino acids. It is a junmai sake, so of course we drink it.
It has a sweet aroma with a slightly matured taste. It has what is called sweetness, but the amino acid derived sweetness is so strong that it can be described in one word, it is a dry mirin. It does not have the same dullness as mirin (sweet sake).
It is good to use it for cooking and drink it little by little.
