Very elegant on the nose Light and nutty, with tropical notes. Almonds, pineapple dominate. Deliciously tempting.
Full, thick, chewy body. Lots of umami, with more nuts like almonds and chestnuts, mature cheese, and plums. The umami keeps this palate quite dry, but the finish is medium long.
Very delicious, could be good warm, certainly with meals.
