Ishikawamon? I heard it's delicate and fragile rice 🤔.
It says be careful when opening ⚠️ but it's relatively mild ❗️

Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Rice used: 100% Ishikawa-mon
Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice
Alcohol content: 13% (undiluted)
