THE KAN, a sake that can be enjoyed like brewing coffee, is now on sale with a new label.
The label is friendly to beginners of heating sake, and the aroma spreads gently as it warms up.
This sake is a perfect match with food and is like a light that illuminates the dining table during the fall and winter months.
We recommend heating it to lukewarm to high temperature.
If you are not sure what to serve tonight, how about a glass of THE KAN with oden?
The label is by TO2KAKU, the same as the previous one. (From the website of Yamatoya Sakepo)
This bottle was a gift. I drank it warmed, and it is delicious with a strong umami flavor. I think it really goes well with simmered dishes!
