Purchased at a directly-owned sake store near my parents' house. I wanted to buy Sairai, but they didn't seem to sell it there, so I bought Bunraku Junmai, another standard sake.
I had it cold, and it was just the right balance of not too fruity and not too spicy. The sake went down a treat with the grilled chicken and seared mushrooms.
It has no peculiarities, and I would like to keep it on hand as a regular sake because I never get tired of its taste. I'm sure I'll be back when I go back to my hometown.
