The first mouthfeel is mild, due to the lactic acid bacteria.
It has a slight lactobacillus aroma and sweet fruitiness.
It may be similar to peach.
The taste is a little characteristic, but after a few sips, it becomes familiar and changes to a pleasant taste.
The flavor changes over the course of a week, so I will enjoy it while waiting. ^_^
