Mutsu Hachisen, which I liked very much when I drank the pink label before. It seems to be a mellow sake that has been stored at low temperature for six months. The apple and pear aroma was subdued and elegant, and the flavor was rich. It was a delicious sake with a strong sweetness and umami flavor and a moderate acidity with a good sharpness. The modest aroma gives the impression that it would go well with any dish. Thank you for the sake!
