I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025.
This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗.
It's a white label 🤍.
They say "fine ice" is "diamond dust."
Suddenly cool ✨
It's cloudy white 🤍.
Soft and gentle marshmallow-like sweetness typical of Yamai 😚.
Slight bitterness at the end ❓ astringent taste ❓ too subtle to tell 🤣.
Even after drinking a lot of sake, I can say "oh, it's so good" 🍶.
The third and fourth pictures are old label Yuten.
They came across it by accident while cleaning up 🤔.
The sweetness is about the same.
Slightly acid accented.

Ginjo aroma in the nose when you include it 😊.
The gentle sweetness of the mountain well is addictive 🤗.
