We had a drinking comparison 🥹💖 of Imadaiji Sake Brewery, famous for "Nishikigoi" (Nishikigoi carp)
I drank a bottle of Junmai first.
It's a very fruity impression even though it's from Niigata and I think I like it 🍶.
I still can't open a bottle of Nishikigoi because I'm too poor... 🐟...
As you drink it (Junmai -> Junmai Ginjo -> Junmai Daiginjo)
I have the impression that the concentration becomes lighter and more aromatic.
I have the impression that it stays darker and more aromatic 🤔.
