いっかいやすみ
The pleasant acidity is impressive. The sake level is surprisingly high at +7, but it does not give the impression of being spicy, and the crisp, refreshing aftertaste is to my liking.
I served it with albacore tempura. The creaminess of the milt was well complemented by the clean taste.
It is a great sake for a nightcap.
