It has a fresh and gentle umami and sweetness that shows the quality of the water, and a pleasant acidity that accompanies the taste.
The well-balanced flavor is as expected, and although the acidity is cute and fruit-like in a sense, the balance is more food-oriented. The aftertaste of gentle astringency and bitterness enhances the food.
