The December edition of Imadeya's hanpukai features Yoshidagurau.
It is an ambitious challenge to cross-breed sake made with rice that has opposite characteristics.
It is also interesting to note that the sake has a low alcohol content of 11 degrees Celsius even though it is a pure kijo-shu.
It has a refreshing aroma like green apples, a beautiful sweetness and a wild flavor, and the two extremes of sake rice are in perfect balance.
The evolution of Yoshida Kurau, which realizes a return to the local market with a modern approach, continues unabated!
