It has been a long time since I have had Tobiroki.
Recently, I often drink Aizu's sake, but I really felt that Tobiroki is a very easy-to-drink sake as a food sake, without insisting on fruity or ginjo aroma in a good sense. It was delicious.
I served it with Korean Karatsu and Kohiki sake cups.
