Yoshidagura uレイヤード ー百万石乃白ー
おうどんパン
Yoshida Kura recommended by a liquor store owner
It says that sake is brewed with sake, but... this is kijoshu, isn't it?
I asked him about it, and he told me that I have to join an association or something to call it "kijoshu"... it's not easy to do...
I can't say enough about the taste...
The sweetness is rather moderate, I guess. As the back label says, it has a citrusy acidity, and the aftertaste is refreshing, not too strong.
You may be surprised if you drink it with a feeling of "Kijoshu", a rich sweet sake.
Personally, I think this is easier to drink than trying to capture a certain type of bird, and the taste is not to be outdone!
Yummmmai! This is a repeat!
