[Emerald Froujon🟢]
The first version of the back of the green jade I've seen. 🌗
The top aroma is fresh and fruity just like the front, and I was convinced it was a winner even before I drank it 🎯.
The attack is clean and thin, but then elegant sweetness and deep umami come out of it, and it's really good 🤩.
As it claims to be dry, there is a spicy and bitter aftertaste, but there is no harsh acidity and no strange peculiarities 😆.
The dry taste is well expressed in a way that does not lose the Ryoseki brewery's characteristics, and that is a word of praise 👍👍👍👍.

Miyabi, I've only had Suidama, Hanayuup, and Ryoseki sake breweries, but I think this is in some ways the most unique label I've had so far 😊.
