There are three types of products in the Junmai-shu lineup at Sakaku, namely "Enochi", "Honochi" and "Gennochi", which we will introduce here.

And "Gennochi" is made with Kankai No. 7 yeast.
The taste has a hint of fruit sweetness, but it's not persistent sweetness, and it's refreshing.
