Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Nama
This is my favorite Hirotogawa. Next to Hanamup, it is my second favorite sake. This year, I drank one four-pack and three one-pack bottles of Hirotogawa nigori sake alone. It was very tasty. This HIROTOGAWA Junmai Ginjo Nama also has a high level of overall balance, and each sip makes me sigh and say, "Ah, it's delicious. When just opened, it is fresh with a strong acidity, but after a day, the sweetness increases and the acidity is reduced. I think this is delicious cold as well. Unfortunately, I drank it very quickly, so now I will try it cold in a bottle.
