At my favorite restaurant in Nagano City.
The first drink of the new year. Usually I start with "Akanesu Nouveau", but this year I chose Kame no Kai by Tsuchiya Shuzo, the same brewer. The first attack was gorgeous. It reminded me of pineapple. The first attack is gorgeous, with a hint of pineapple and a touch of gas, and the tanginess is impressive. The umami gradually took effect, and the sweetness was followed by a moderate acidity and richness, and then the aroma of peaches and bananas and the richness changed to a lingering feeling at the back of the bottle.
The sinking feeling when drinking this cup is unforgettable.
