Nigori is very famous, so I drank it with high expectations.
Well, it's classic light and dry.
I can hardly taste any sweetness, but that might be due to the peach doburoku I had just before.
The umami is good, but I don't like the alcohol taste in my mouth!
I'm planning to buy a nigori as my new sake this year, but if it's similar, I'm not sure I'll like it!
