Koshi no Shirotori's Honjozo unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
Even though it is an unpasteurized aluzoe, it is still 20% alcohol by volume, which is on par with shochu.
It is lightly fizzy and fresh, but it has a richer taste than that.
It has a moderate bitterness and is sharp for a dark sake.
It is good, but we drank too much on the first day and got a hangover.
