Iwakikotobuki純米吟醸酒 大漁祝 紺碧
まつちよ
A sake brewery in Namie-cho, Fukushima Prefecture.
The brewery was swept away by the tsunami after the Great East Japan Earthquake and moved to Yamagata, but they started brewing again two years ago in a roadside station.
That's good news!
The first aroma is mild, but it smells like ripe fruit.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong umami and a moderate sweetness.
It is a sake from a fisherman's town, so it was quite sharp.
It was delicious.
