I learned about a good sake for everyday drinking. The sake is made on Sado Island and all the rice used is from Sado Island. The great thing is that it tastes great when heated. It is surprisingly tasty when heated to the highest temperature and served with puffer fish fin sake. It is a pity that it is not widely available.
