Looking back at my check-in, it was the first Houou Mita in about a year.
This time, it was apparently a limited edition that is only wholesaled to special dealers.
It was a beautiful sake carefully made with the rice producers.
I am grateful for the seriousness with which it was made.
I am just grateful.
